TIM'S 2004 MELTDOWN RACKMOUNTED SETUP
Here is a shot of the rack in full (click for fullsized image)

thanks to Leif for this shot.
Now, for a detailed breakdown:

As if all the rackmounted processors weren't enough, there are a bunch of effects rackmounted on the aforementioned 'drawers' in his rack. These effects are all controlled by the GCX audio switchers via the MIDI controller at Tim's feet. Here we look at the drawers individually to see what effects pedals Tim used during the Meltdown era.
DRAWER 1

This drawer contains (starting at top left and going clockwise) a Way Huge Saffron Squeeze compressor, a Way Huge Purple Platypus Octidrive, and a Korg X911 guitar synthesizer.
DRAWER 2
This drawer contains (starting at top left and going clockwise) an Electro-Harmonix Microsynthesizer, a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2, a Lovetone Brown Source overdrive, a Prescription Electronics 'Experience' (although perhaps a prototype, as it isn't a 'finished' version?), a Way Huge Green Rhino II overdrive, and a Way Huge Piercing Moose Octifuzz.
DRAWER 3

This drawer contains (starting at top left and going clockwise)a Z. Vex Super Hard-On, a Voce Spin II Leslie simulator, a Paradox TZF Flanger, and an Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Electric Mistress Flanger.
DRAWER 4

This drawer contains (starting on the left and going clockwise) a Moogerfooger 12 stage phaser, a Digitech Talker, and a vintage (pre-80) script logo MXR phase 100.
PEDALBOARD
This rounds out Tim's rack system. It is controlled by the GCX Ground Control Pro, as pictured below (also in the picture is a Boss FV-50 volume pedal and a Jim Dunlop 535 chrome wah)
It should be noted that Tim's Rectifier is also controlled by the MIDI controller. I am not sure about how the routing of these effects works, but I will see if I can get more info. The controller is set up to have 'patches' which are individual for the song. The bottom 4 left buttons do the custom changing for that song (as you can see in the picture, for the song Meltdown the bottom left button handles the 'clean' setting in that song). As well, some effects can be triggered without being part of the patches, and those are the ones which have white tags (MOOGER, MISTRESS, TALKER, etc.)
